Our love of sauna began at our local gym, as a post work out high. A  way to unwind and decompress after a hard workout. Taking this moment to pause from the busyness of life, to quiet the noise, helped us get really intentional about how we want to show up for ourselves and the ones we love.

After a birthday trip to Nordic Night Sauna in Stevens Point, Heather and Brittany were blown away by this truly unique sauna experience. A traditional Finnish wood fired sauna. A social experience with other people; connection, community and camaraderie. It wasn’t something we were looking for or even something we thought they needed, but we found it.
