There are many reasons to sauna, and we are here for it all. Sauna as a lifestyle practice for health and wellness 1-4 times a week, time away from work and home where you can unplug and relax, a great date night out, a new place for family gatherings, corporate events, birthday parties, this list goes on and on. Community Sauna Sessions
Experience the atmosphere of a traditional Finnish sauna and leave feeling great. Our one hour community sessions provide an opportunity to sauna at an accessible price, ideally multiple times a week. Community sessions are a place for rest, connection, or even both! It's a choose your own adventure type of offering.
By booking a spot in a community session, you are reserving one seat on the bench. A maximum of 10 people + 1 host per session allows for plenty of room to spread out.
Community sessions are held in the spacious Venture Sauna. Venture has multiple windows for gorgeous natural light, ample seating with multiple levels, and an authentic wood burning stove.

$25 per person/session

Private Sauna Sessions
Private Sessions are available for 1-4 people in the stunning LIV sauna. This beauty features a floor to ceiling window and glass door making the space feel incredibly spacious and luxurious. This is not your typical gym sauna! A gentle rain shower just a step or two outside the hot room is the perfect way to cool down after time in the hot room.

$100 for 1-2 people
+ $30 for each additional person (up to 4)
